Adrift in New York City, a disconnected catering captain embarks on a dangerous and mesmerizing odyssey through the Manhattan restaurant world to ‘drop the check’ on a renegade chef named Krapes, who has succumbed to the horrors of kitchen work and barricaded himself in a remote outpost inside of Brooklyn.
